Some of our owners do not currently accept short-term rental reservations at their property, but have Beats Working Vacation Rentals keep an eye on things in their absence. Whether you are a homeowner with a private residence you regularly visit, a property you are in the process of renovating, or a property you rent out long term, we tailor our key-holding and care-taking services to your exact needs. We work exclusively with owners of private residences.
Beats Working Vacation Rentals acts as our owners’ local point of contact. We carry out daily exterior property checks, weekly interior property checks, maintain the grounds, handle the trash, check mailboxes, conduct regular maintenance of pools/spas, and ready the home for owners, friends, and family. The main benefit of this service is to give peace of mind to homeowners. This service also includes storm preparation for our owners’ homes and post-storm checks to insure that insurance paperwork and repairs are handled in a timely fashion. You can trust that we are caring for your home as if it were our own. We spend quality time in all of these private homes in order to get to know each homes’s quirks, creaks, and temperament. We pride ourselves on offering an efficient, affordable, and thorough service for our clients’ beloved vacation getaways.
Just like for our short-term rentals, Beats Working Vacation Rentals requires access for 10 nights of each calendar year for each property in our program. We always ask for permission from the owner before having a friend or family member utilize a home. Transparent communication is the name of the game at all times.
The fee for our “Low Key” services is on a sliding scale based on your individual needs for your home.
All second homes must be cleaned by our staff between owner and guest stays. Without this consistent cleaning and maintenance, issues that require our attention could go unseen for a long period of time. It is important for our team to do a thorough initial deep-clean and inspect the home for damage in order to bring the home to our high vacation home standards. Friends and family who are gifted a free vacation home are always more than happy to pay for a professional cleaning upon their departure. We have had only positive feedback concerning our key-holding and cleaning services for our vacation homeowners.
Fees for deep-cleans are based on hours worked. Fees to clean behind your friends and family are based on a sliding scale dependent upon guest count and pet count.
