How Beats Working Works

Interested in having Beats Working Vacation Rentals to manage your home? The first step is to get in touch with us. We will walk you through our offerings, see if your home is a good fit for our program, and go over start-up costs. If you choose to move forward with our company, we will get to work immediately.

Whereas the larger companies will not manage a unit until after owners have their house rental ready, we prefer to assist with any necessary repairs and renovations. Our goal is to ensure that the work has been done right, which in turn guarantees a smooth rental season with no costly surprises for us or our homeowners. We work closely with our clients to make their unique visions come true in a timely fashion. We work with the proper local authorities to obtain any and all permitting and/or licensing requirements for that specific location. This includes short-term rental, building/renovation, and zoning permits.

Once the home is ready to hit the rental market, Beats Working Vacation Rentals schedules one of our photographers to showcase your home with gorgeous, professional photography. From this point on, the owners can sit back, relax, and count their dollar bills. We are a full-service property management company that handles every detail, including:

  • Managing the home’s listings on our preferred booking platforms, including the Beats Working Vacation Rentals website.

  • Studying each area’s profit capability so that we can aggressively set competitive rates. We do not rely on tech companies to generate our rates. We have looked into many of these software platforms and they are consistently underwhelming. No one knows our market better than we do! The human brain is an amazing algorithm.

  • Offering 24/7 hands-on assistance for our guests, and unmatched availability to our homeowners,

  • Performing professional housekeeping while ensuring our people are paid a real income so they are able to make a comfortable life for themselves and their families.

  • Handling and scheduling all repairs for regular maintenance and renovation projects.

  • Caring for each property’s exterior with regular blowing/plowing/shoveling of the driveway and scheduled yard maintenance as needed.

  • Scheduling professional maintenance and repairs of pools and spas on site.
